Household

Free tool

Start with what you own and owe. Your Budget will use the required debt payments; your Emergency fund and Financial freedom plan will use separate parts of your assets.

Use EUR values throughout this household plan. If an account is held in another currency, convert its value before entering it. There is no automatic exchange-rate conversion.

Your starting point

For a couple, choose whose age anchors the Financial freedom projection and use that person's retirement assumptions there.

Imports replace the displayed draft lists for review; they do not change your saved plan. Dashboard imports include assets and debts. Debt-list imports replace debts only. Check interest and required payments before saving.

Give each asset one purpose

Accessible portfolio: investments you can access to fund financial freedom. Include cash only if it is intended for this portfolio.

Emergency cash: readily available money reserved for unexpected costs. It is counted in net worth but is kept out of the accessible portfolio.

Other assets: your home, locked pensions and money already set aside for other goals. These count in net worth, without funding this projection.

If an account serves two purposes, split its actual value into two rows. The rows together must equal the account balance.

Assets

Use current values. Leave the list empty if you have no assets to include.

Debts

Include all existing loans, including mortgages and car loans. Enter the required monthly payment here; choose any extra repayments later in Budget. Repayment estimates assume fixed rates and payments.

An empty debt list means there is no debt to include. Existing drafts are available through the import buttons above.
